Got my teeth fixed from Dr Vinu Thomas, happy with it but sometimes he used to get too harsh with it and used to bleed a little. Still he was professional so grateful for the results.

Dr.Shital is great. Very understanding and explains everything in simple ways. She prefers to suggest ayurvedic treatments over allopathy which is comforting as side effects are negligible.

I had strained my muscles during a shoot and was recommended to have physio sessions by the UniCare Ortho, Dr. Anwar who did an accurate and thorough diagnosis.There were 7 physio sessions recommended and I started feeling better after the first two itself thanks to the Physio Dr. Kalyani Singh. Shes a professional and kind doctor who understands that not everyone will have the same pain threshold even regardless of any conditions theyve been admitted for.As such, her approach is gentle when needed and encouraging where the patient may have to put in some efforts, like doing the prescribed exercises.I was afraid I had done long term damage to my neck due to improper posture behind the camera, but thankfully it wasnt and the sessions with Dr. Kalyani helped me recover quicker than Id imagined.

Ever dreamt of the dermatologist who can diagnose you at a glance? Meet doctor Thencheri Satish who is so confident in himself that he will hardly look at his patient’s skin. I was “lucky” to have an appointment with him twice and both times he hardly looked at me from a meter distance to simply repeat my guess that it’a an allergy. Both times prescribed the same medicine with one month time difference even seeing that there is no improvement in my condition. When i asked him why i get the same treatment if there is no progress after a month of medication the answer was “how could i know what was your condition before??” Well that’s called a patient’s medical history!! Most of the appointment’s time he spent vigorously typing on his keyboard. Probably worth typing few more words describing the condition? It might help you in future. By the way COVID is not an excuse for neglecting your doctor’s responsibilities.

I have been visiting Unicare Clinic Mankhool for almost 3 years now, their service is excellent, I mainly go for Pediatric consultancy with Dr. Rajashree, and very happy with the kind of consultancy she provides, she is well experienced and provides great treatment.The Staff there are very friendly, flexible and down to earth, especially the Nursing team is very caring and constantly provides genuine and best service.I would like express sincere gratitude to Ms. Neena (Nursing staff) for her great attitude, she always goes extra mile with a great smile, very caring, always engages herself with Kids and parents and comfortable to deal with, she has developed a great customer relation and provides exemplary service.

My experience with Dr. Rajshree at Unicare Mankhool has been extremely positive. She doesnt over-medicate, doesnt take our questions lightly and goes above and beyond for every child, giving us (parents) not just the assurance but also the privilege of knowing that we have such a lovely person caring for our little ones.Her nurse Neena is brilliant with kids- my 5 year old receives a pep-talk every time we step in for a vaccination or a blood test. DR. Misbah from Muhaisinah branch, uniCare, terrible work done on my wifes teeth. After fixing braces, there were gaps on my wifes teeth. After few months, 6 of her teeth developed cavities and got infected. Now she underwent root canal for 6 of her MOLAR teeth. If you do not have the skill to be a dentist, please quit your job and save lives of other people.

Terrible experience. Rejected my insurance even though theyre on the insurance list, and prior to appointment they confirmed they accepte it. When I contacted the insurance company the clinic staff refused to talk to them. Then the insurance company try to contact the clinic but they didnt answer the phone even though I was there and saw that no one was busy. Apparently I was the only visitor at the time. So I spent around one hour being ignored and avoided by staff and eventually was put on the phone with the clinic insurance manager Shaik Ataulah who in a rather arrogant way told me they wont expect my insurance even if the insurance company says they must.In general the place seemed weird, no visitors, staff acting strange. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

We visit Unicare for all our medial requirements but would like to specially mention them for sincerity and genuine caring for our health and wellbeing. Dr. Shital makes us feel comfortable along with being informative and friendly. The same can be said for her assisting nurse staff.

Had a terrible experience with Gynaecologist Dr. Jaimala. Got a pap smear done in Unicare and went to her for a consultation. Before I could even be seated, she told me the reports were normal and there was nothing to be discussed. My reports were not fully normal when I went through them. Very disappointed. The staff was also uncooperative. I had already booked an appointment but still had to wait for almost an hour because apparently their system didnt show the booking.

I have been visiting unicare medical centre since last 3 years. Their state of the art facilities are very good. The staff is very friendly and cordial and the doctors also are very well experienced. The overall experience has been really very good.

I visited the uniCare Medical Centre in Mankhool last Thursday for a check up, from the frontdesk to the 2 doctors I have seen, they were very nice and accomodating. Dr. Amal Joseph was very professional and friendly so as Dr Shital Vaidya.

Pathetic experience- they are quite understaffed, nobody on the reception most of the time, I spoke to a lady abt my sequence as I wanted to consult doctor for my child but she was very rude. She told if you can’t wait then better cancel appointment and shown me staircase to go down. I cancelled appointment finally as nobody paid attention. And it really didn’t bother them also. The pharmacy is also far from the medical center. My wife consulted a GP and went to pharmacy to get medicines. And they also kept us waiting for medicines for an hour as they forgot to put ERX number. A-z all staffs were very rude. I left the place with seer dissatisfaction. Won’t come back ever.

I visit this clinic for Dental treatment with Dr Angali Sapru. She is amazing. No jargon no extra procedure, right on target. She ensure that I am relax n not getting pain. In fact she does not take unwanted xray. I recommend her to my close network.Only thing what unicare need to improve is reception staff performance. At first floor sometime there is no one at reception. A pharmacy in the same building is much appropriate than walking 2 block to get the medicines. I m giving one star less due to clinic administration.

First of all I regret to inform that uni care from mankhool has been a total disappointment. I had taken my 5 year old to the pediatrician for treatment and unfortunately the pediatrician was a total disaster. She was not even trying to hear our issue. She was more concerned with my insurance package which has got nothing to do with her. she was arrogant and my daughter was not diagnosed properly. My daughter needed nabulization which she said it was not available in our insurance package . Now please note since your doctors treatment was not at all satisfactory. I went to Nmc diera where my daughters treatment got started with my same insurance package with superb doctors around. Mr .subhash was my doctor and he diagnosed her with pneumonia and started her treatment. Were your doctor from uni care told us to wait for a week when she was having fever between 38 to 39 degree . Please do not take lifes for granted thats my humble request to your organization.

Very bed experience .staff is not good working .eny one is comming and tell him appointment but in my front one parson is comming and he is no eny appointment .but he going first then me. After 5hour i going home without treatment .👎🤒

The attractive thing about Unicare Mankhool Branch is the fully equipped state of the art Medical Laboratory in the Compound with its highly qualified experts.The second thing is the availability of Parking in the large compound of the Medical Centre.The friendly welcoming staff with a homely Villa atmosphere makes you really feel at home and at ease!Always feel like coming back with pleasure.

The worst experience ever. I asked the call center several times whilst making the appointment if my insurance would cover opthalmology, only to get there and wait 1.5 hours to be told its not approved and the doctor needs to leave.

My experience is very good all staff is very polite especially Dr. Satish the dermatologist . I felt I am taking to my friend, I was in pain but he maid me smile and gave me confident to beat what problem I have

Really bad. The basics of a clinic is to have a GP on staff. But they only have a dentist available at 3pm on a Sunday. Our doctors work shifts yeah so does everyone else, but you dont go to a restaurant to find out that theres no chef on duty only a cleaner.Poor poor service planning
